Body Sculpting 

This is a customized plan to promote fat loss in your body. The workout is a mix of heavy training and cardio. I believe that heavy weights are the best for building and toning muscle and improving strength. The intensity generated from the workout will keep your metabolism up causing your body to continue burning fats EVEN AFTER your workout. If you can keep your strength gains going up while dieting and doing your cardio, you are in for one successful fat-loss outcome.

Fat Loss

There are tons of ways to build muscle and there are tons of routines out there together with tons of information but there is only one of you. We aim to provide a customized program for you to shape your body the way you want it. Everybody is different, there is no one routine fit all program so that is why we will customized the program to your aims, needs and exercise capacity.

Strength Training

If you want to lift big weights, we can create a plan for you. It’s a plan based on compound movements, high-repetition heavy lifting, and maximum-effort training provided you are willing to do the hard work and make the commitment to using perfect form. We aim to help you break through your plateaus and achieve new Personal Records (PRS).
